Although we may not have an opening in a specific city at this moment, we are always on the lookout for talented people. Even with our exceptional compensation plan, from time to time, we do experience a small amount of turnover. When this happens, candidate applications that are already on file will be reviewed first. Communications Consultant
The focus of the Communications Consultant position is assisting individuals, families and businesses in selecting the best communications solution and rate plan for their situation. Communications Consultants invest about 50% of their time working in the local store and about 50% working outside the store. When working in the store, their duties include signing-up new customers, providing customer service, accepting payments and general cashier work. When working outside of the store, their duties include securing sales, marketing, events, and securing retail outlets for our products. Qualifications include a successful track record in sales, computer literacy, and a strong desire to succeed. Compensation includes a combination of salary and commission totaling $33,000/year at 100% of objective and includes medical and dental benefits. Market Manager
The focus of the Market Manager position is managing the operation of a local AirTEL store, a team of Sales Associates, implementing specific marketing activities, training, and ensuring all sales objectives are met including personal sales objectives. The Market Manager is our ambassador to the local community. Qualifications include a successful track record in sales management, computer literacy, and a strong desire to succeed. Compensation includes a combination of salary and commission totaling $54,000/year at 100% of objective and includes medical and dental benefits.
